Michael Rivero of WhatReallyHappened.com, in his article “Chinese Missile Sub Launch? No, Probably US Live Tests”, wants to put a stop to Chinese sub rumor. Rivero points to a Notice to Mariners booklet on page 55, which contains a reference to missile tests in the area.
