Alan Watt describes in five minutes occult significance of 2001: A Space Odyssey.  Arthur C Clarke, author of the book, described as a “very high freemason,” who shared masonic philosophy – one of spiritual as well as physical evolution in movie, according to Watt.   Computer HAL corresponds to IBM – just one letter off.  Further, IBM = I BEAM as in beaming from the eye of Ra, also, the eye above the pyramid.  Watt contrasts the occult as violent, one of “right of might” with “meek and mild” religion given common man.  Watt asserts, “it’s (the movie) all occultic, it’s nothing to do with space travel.”
