from boston.com: “A Woman’s Place is on the Money.” That’s the slogan of a campaign that is underway to get a woman on the $20 bill. And the choice for the new face of the bill is in the hands of the public. The aim of the campaign, Women on 20s, is to garner enough support to convince President Barack Obama that it is time for a woman’s portrait to be put on paper currency in time for the 100th anniversary of the 19th Amendment, which gave women the right to vote.
