Back in 1993, I saw The Posies play a festival show in DC with INXS – my first real concert. Now it’s 23 years later and The Posies have a brand new crowdfunded record with fan-made album art. Ken Stringfellow and Jon Auer called Media Monarchy on the road from LA to Phoenix at the start of a new chapter for the band – and the start of a pop-up tour around the ‘Solid States’ of America.
