Megan Pinion said she was stunned Sunday when the Mall of Louisiana outlet served up her two drinks – complete with a satanic pentagram and a 666 motif etched on top. The Baton Rouge educator was so angry, in fact, that she took to Facebook to post a picture and vent her fury… Starbucks spokesman Tom Kuhn has apologized to Pinion and claimed the chain was “taking the complaint seriously… This obviously is not the type of experience we want to provide any of our customers,” he told the Daily Advertiser. “[It] is not representative of the customer service our partners provide to millions of customers every day,” he added. It’s now known if the barista is still employed by the outlet.
